Broken item return policy- on the day of receiving your order broken, immediate action is required! For timely replacement of broken order, immediately take photos and email me. Send the items back, and upon me recollecting the broken items I will replace them. You have 72 hours after receiving Your order to make your claim, if action is not taken within the 72 hour window you will forfeit your right for replacement.
