All Sales Are Final
Payments will be be Charged by Eternal Flameworks and Charges will appear as Eternal Flameworks.
All items ship within 7 days after receiving order.
Broken item return policy- on the day of receiving your order broken, immediate action is required! For timely replacement of broken order, immediately take photos and email me. Send the items back, and upon me recollecting the broken items I will replace them. You have 72 hours after receiving Your order to make your claim, if action is not taken within the 72 hour window you will forfeit your right for replacement.
Physical proof of broken item is mandatory for replacement
Customer satisfaction is very important to me so be prudent in contacting me with any issues you may have so I may remedy them. No refunds.
